Why Eating Breakfast in The Morning is Important

Yes true! I’ve also heard and feel that “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. Want to know the reason behind this fact? Let me tell you about it that “Why it is so?” Here, we discuss it further in detail about the fact, so that you never even think to skip your breakfast for any reason. Here we go!
Having breakfast is must for everybody because we’re humans and to survive in our life we need to eat breakfast every day since, before the new day starts that we call “Overnight” our body is on rest and it’s on full fasting which means we eat food at night between 7:30 – 11:30 and after this we go to bed for sleep, this is a long time we’ve not eaten anything in between which is not good for a normal human being to be on a long time fasting. Person with the age between 11-50 and above needs at least 8 hours of sleep in a day; children’s or kids need sleep of at least 10 hours a day so, in between this sleep we’ve not eaten anything which means now in the morning time when you get out off your bed you need to take your “Breakfast” at the first so that for the whole day you’ll be energetic and powerful.
And, when we talk about not having your breakfast after waking up it means you’re putting yourself in a big trouble as it’s very important for a human being to eat breakfast so that he/she might not face any kind of problem ever in his/her life. Starting the day right by eating healthy food like eggs, fruits, grains, and vegetables help you to reduce weight and controls your blood sugar level and help you to maintain yourself for the rest of your life.
