Instant Dosa Recipe At Home
Ingredients
- 3 Cups of Urad Daal
- 1 Cup of Rice
- A inch of Salt
- 4-5 Seeds of Methi (Fenugreek Seeds)
- Oil To Fry
Soak the rice and dal with methi seeds for 5-6 hours. Grind it into a smooth batter adding the pinch of salt. Set aside overnight in airtight container, till it gets fermented. Heat the dosa tawa well. Mop the tawa with a wet cloth. As soon as smoke from empty tawa starts coming up, put a ladle spoon of dosa batter, put the flame on medium. Spread it in a circle shape with the help of the back of a medium steel bowl. Let cook for 1 minute. it. Give another minute. The dosa is now ready to be served with hot coconut chutney and sambar.
